Every year the Build a Dream organization runs a signature event in Windsor for young women to learn more about exciting careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Law Enforcement and the Skilled Trades. Since the first event, Workforce WindsorEssex has been a partner/sponsor of the event which aims to connect high school aged girls and their parents to successful women in male-dominated professions. Supported by local employers and made fun with interactive activities, the Build a Dream event in Windsor is a huge success.
